Refund Policy

Return and exchange window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your item. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Return shipping and condition

For an approved return, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to evaluate the request, together with proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. These terms do not reduce any rights available under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After approval, processing normally takes 5–10 business days, although a bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
